• The Editor identifies all URLs in your publication’s text

Add links with the custom mapping feature

To save even more time, you can also upload a table with your link information. The table must include:

• Match: the exact text the Editor should detect in your publication
• URL: the link that will be applied to each detected match
• Label (optional): the tooltip displayed when hovering over the link

Once the table is imported, our tool scans your document and automatically applies links to the corresponding words.

This method is ideal if you need to insert a large number of specific links or if you are working on publications that contain many references.
