We’ve followed our own best advice and used the Calaméo Editor to add links, video and more. We even whipped up a custom Skin to show off the new magazine!

How to set your publications to private on Calaméo
Access your publications Go to the Publications tab and select the document you want to protect.
Open the properties panel Click the pencil icon to open the publication settings.
Set visibility to “Private” In the General tab, choose whether the publication will be visible only to you, accessible via a private URL, or available to your subscribers (Premium/Platinum users).
For even tighter control, Premium and Platinum users can disable the sharing button in the reader. This ensures your documents aren’t spread beyond your chosen audience. You can also customize the reader to apply this setting as the default for future publications.
Managing the privacy of your Calaméo publications is simple and flexible. Whether you want to share publicly, limit access via a private link, or restrict content to subscribers with a password, you have all the tools to protect your documents while sharing them effectively.
